• Taking ownership of security governance, leading the establishment and management of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) framework 

• Managing security frameworks such as Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) and Certified Security Management Professional (CSMP), ensuring their efficacy in bolstering our security posture

• Conducting comprehensive risk assessments and assist in the development of robust risk mitigation strategies to address potential threats and vulnerabilities

• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of cybersecurity awareness initiatives, adapting strategies as necessary to foster a strong cybersecurity culture within the organization

• Developing, reviewing, and refining security policies to ensure alignment with industry standards and best practices, fostering a culture of compliance across the organization

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with security objectives and compliance requirements

 

•  Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or comparable work experience

• Proven experience working in ISMS or security governance roles, with a focus on shaping security policies and processes.

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices, risk management, and compliance requirements

• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Great English skills, both written and spoken. 

• Experience in managing security frameworks such as CSA (Cloud Security Alliance) and CSMP (Certified Security Management Professional)
