HR Screening – In this first conversation, our Talent Acquisition team will get to know you better, understand your experience, motivation, and career expectations, and share insights about Five9 and the role.
Manager stage – You’ll speak with the hiring manager to learn more about the team and projects. This is also an opportunity to discuss how your skills and working style align with the team dynamics and company culture.
Technical stage – You’ll meet with our engineering team for a deep dive into your technical skills. This stage usually includes live coding and system design challenges to assess problem-solving abilities and technical proficiency.
