  We will pay the net amount of €440 (a one-off payment) and €20 (per month) to support employees in setting up the work environment and meeting the Flex Office requirements - this amount is only applied if you never worked for TUI Tech.

  All employees are eligible for Flex Office upon signing the employment contract or specific amendment dated before Flex Office. This means that employees can decide where they want to work in a mobile and flexible way.
