"Lots of ownership, good people, real impact"

Pros:

You get real ownership. If you see something that can be better you can usually just go and fix it, nobody blocks you with process. The team is senior and helpful, work-life balance is good and remote/hybrid works well. Working on a product with real production traffic means you learn a lot, fast.

Contras:

Documentation is spread across too many places and sometimes it's hard to know who owns what, especially in shared areas. Priorities can change quickly, so some projects get paused halfway.
