Our interview process is designed to be transparent, efficient, and respectful of your time. On average, it takes around 4 weeks from initial contact to offer.
Here's what you can expect:
#1 Recruiter Interview
You'll start with an introductory conversation with one of our recruiters. This is an opportunity to learn more about Catawiki, the role, and for us to get to know your experience, motivations, and career goals.
#2 Technical Interviews
You'll meet members of our engineering team for a few technical sessions. These focus on real-world problem-solving, coding, and system design — always keeping the discussions practical and collaborative rather than theoretical.
#3 Culture Add Interview
You'll then have a conversation with one of our Engineering Managers to explore how your values, mindset, and ways of working align with our culture. We're not looking for "culture fit" but for people who add to and enrich our team.
#4 Final Interview with our VP of Engineering
This is a broader conversation about your aspirations, growth potential, and the impact you can make at Catawiki. It's also a chance to ask strategic questions about our tech direction and future plans.
#5 Offer Stage
If there's a mutual match, we'll extend an offer and welcome you to join our growing team!
