Our Portugal hub has grown to over 100 talented professionals, contributing across multiple domains to Catawiki’s mission of making special objects accessible to everyone. The Engineering team here is still relatively small but expanding steadily, currently composed of 6 members — 4 Backend Engineers, 1 Engineering Manager, and 1 Product Manager. Despite our size, we have a strong focus on collaboration, quality, and impact. Our team plays a vital role in developing and maintaining Catawiki’s core systems and services, while continuously scaling our capabilities as we grow. We’re passionate about building a supportive and high-performing tech culture in Portugal, and we’re excited about the opportunities ahead as our team continues to expand.
