  1. Talent Screening: Introductory call with our Talent Team to discuss your background, goals, and expectations. We’ll also share an overview of ComplyAdvantage, the team, and role to help you decide if it’s the right fit.

  2. Hiring Manager Interview: Chat with the Engineering Manager about your experience, problem-solving, and teamwork. You’ll also learn about our culture and current projects.

  3. Technical Interview (Pair Programming): Live coding with 2 engineers. You’ll solve a problem together, focusing on clean code, communication, and approach—not just the “right” answer.

  4. System Design / Architecture Interview: Discussion on designing scalable, maintainable systems. You’ll explore trade-offs, architecture patterns, and decision-making in real-world challenges.

  5. Offer & Feedback: We share feedback quickly at every stage. If successful, we’ll extend an offer and guide you through next steps. Our goal: a 2–3 week process.
