Our selection process has 3 phases:

• Pre-Screening: a 30 min conversation to check the main requirements of the role and share more info so you can also decide whether it's interesting for you
• Personal Fit Interview: a 1h conversation (ideally in person) to get to know each other and mutually assess if there's a culture\personal fit between us
• Technical Interview: usually a 1.5 hour chat to deep dive into the technical aspects of the role with the team you’ll be a part of. Normally there is a small technical task ahead of this that you complete and that is used as a basis for the discussion

Our commitments for the process:

• Speed and Engagement: we aim to be fast, smooth and in constant communication as we complete each stage of the process
• Transparency and Feedback: even if you are not selected we will make ourselves available to chat with you, explain the decision making process and give you workable feedback on how the process went
