Sobre a vaga

You will join the Agentic Factory team, which sits at the heart of EnBW's generative AI and data delivery. The team builds and operates the central AI platform and GenAI use cases that drive real impact across the organization. You will combine deep technical expertise with the agility to move fast in a rapidly evolving technology landscape.

O que vais fazer

Develop backend services for agentic AI applications, including LLM orchestration, tool integration, and agent workflow logic
Build polished, user-friendly frontend interfaces that make GenAI capabilities accessible to business users
Deliver GenAI use cases end-to-end — from rapid prototyping through production deployment and ongoing iteration
Design and develop reusable application templates, components, and patterns for other teams to leverage
Integrate enterprise data sources, APIs, and third-party services into agentic workflows

O que é pedido

Strong development skills in Python (backend) and a modern JavaScript/TypeScript framework such as React, Vue, or Angular (frontend)
Practical experience with GenAI technologies — LLM APIs, RAG pipelines, agent logic, or conversational interfaces
Demonstrated daily practice of using agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf) with clear understanding of where they accelerate delivery and where human judgment is essential
Comfortable with containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native development on Azure
Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs; understanding of microservice and event-driven architectures
Familiarity with vector databases (Azure AI Search, Qdrant, Weaviate)
Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions for CI/CD
A mindset that balances delivery speed with reusability — you look for ways to turn solutions into components others can use
Effective in cross-functional, distributed teams within a corporate environment
English: Fluent (required — daily working language)

Valorizado

Experience with agent orchestration frameworks: LangChain, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or similar
Track record of introducing or scaling agentic development practices within a team
Background in building internal tools or platform products for enterprise use
Experience in the energy sector or regulated industries

O que é oferecido

Private supplementary health insurance including coverage for your immediate family, offering peace of mind beyond the public system
Meal allowance to support your daily work routines
Additional paid days off (24 December & Carnival Day) on top of statutory annual leave - giving you more time for what matters
Hybrid working model with a mix of remote and office days to support flexibility and modern ways of working
Intercultural collaboration & cross border projects - grow your international experience by working with colleagues in Germany
Modern technology and continuous development opportunities to support your growth and keep you up to date in your field
Bright, appealing offices in a trendy Lisbon area, designed for productive and enjoyable workdays
