Our interview process aims to give candidates a clear understanding of both the role and life at HiBob. To see if we're a good match – one where you'll add to our culture, and we'll support your development – we believe interviews work best when they're two-way. The process is designed to be transparent, engaging, and collaborative, so you learn about us just as much as we learn about you.

From your first conversation with a Talent Partner to your final onsite visit, you’ll meet Bobbers from across the business, to showcase your abilities and experience our culture. Every step helps us (and you) determine if we're right for each other, not just in skills, but in mindset and motivation.

We begin with an initial video screening with our Talent Acquisition team, where we discuss your experience and share details about the position. Candidates who advance move to a technical interview on Zoom, which includes a live coding challenge and a design-focused discussion.

The next step is a meeting with the hiring manager (Zoom), for a deeper conversation about your technical background, working style, and team fit. Finally, successful candidates visit our Lisbon office, where you’ll meet Bobbers in person. This includes an interview with a senior leader – either a director or VP of engineering – and a concluding chat with a member of our HR team.

Once all interviews are complete, successful candidates will receive an offer.
