3 stages, HR -> lead+Pm->Head of delivery
Friendly HR, nothing in particular
First technical - to solve a login task on a public sandbox. Basics of approaches, what not to do, models used etc
2nd technical - way harder, small questions regardsing all fieds - SQL, frameworks, management cases, how to speedup <task>, what if ?... <scenario>
