Processo de entrevista

Each role has its own specific process!

Typically, we begin by sending some questions to be answered and an English test. Early on, we also assess personality fit through a talent interview with our recruitment team. This is followed by a more informal technical interview, which includes theoretical questions and a structured test.

Some positions may have challenges to be completed before or after the technical interview.

From there, the path to receiving a proposal is fairly straightforward.
